Is Fire Awareness Training A Legal Requirement?
In line with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, it is a legal requirement to provide fire awareness training for all employees. In fact, if your business employs at least one other person, fire awareness training is mandatory. The level of training may be more comprehensive for larger companies. Fire awareness training should also be provided for volunteers, cleaners, security staff, and anyone else regularly on the premises.
